Turquality Consulting
Turquality is one of the world’s most comprehensive government-supported brand development programs, established by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade to help Turkish brands become globally recognized brands. Since its launch in 2004, the program has supported hundreds of Turkish companies by providing reimbursement opportunities across a wide range of areas, including international marketing, advertising, consultancy, market research, and warehousing. Companies accepted into the program can benefit from reimbursement rates ranging from 50% to 75% for various eligible expenditures, including overseas office rents, advertising expenses, market research activities, and consultancy services throughout the five-year program period.
A&A Consulting supports organizations throughout every stage of the Turquality journey. We assess the company’s brand maturity, export experience, and corporate structure against Turquality requirements and prepare a comprehensive eligibility assessment. We help develop consistent brand positioning strategies, visual identity enhancements, and communication frameworks tailored to target markets. Our services also include country-specific market analysis, competitor mapping, and target segment identification.
To support compliance with the organizational maturity expectations of the Ministry of Trade, we assist companies in strengthening their organizational structures and business processes while implementing performance management frameworks based on methodologies such as the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) or Objectives and Key Results (OKR). We provide active support in overseas office and store expansion projects, including location selection, leasing strategies, and the documentation of eligible Turquality expenditures.
In addition, we assist with the preparation of mandatory progress reports, expenditure documentation, and audit files required throughout the program. Our consulting services also cover ongoing compliance with Ministry requirements during the five-year support period, as well as coordination of trademark registration and intellectual property processes in collaboration with legal advisors.
