Among the programs for which A&A Consulting most frequently provides consulting services are TÜBİTAK 1507 SME R&D Startup Support Program, TÜBİTAK 1511 Priority Areas R&D Program, TÜBİTAK 1512 Entrepreneurship Support Program, and the KOSGEB R&D, Innovation and Industrial Application Support Program.
The process begins with identifying the most suitable support program based on the company’s technology focus, scale, industry, and project objectives. We develop a strong project framework that clearly demonstrates technological innovation, competitive advantage, and commercial potential. Comprehensive technical and financial project documentation is prepared, including project management plans, work package definitions, personnel planning, and detailed budget structures.
Following the written application stage, we provide support throughout the evaluation process, including presentation preparation and question-and-answer rehearsals for oral assessments. After project approval, our consulting services continue with the management of implementation processes, ensuring that in-kind and financial expenditures are documented in accordance with applicable regulations, preparing periodic progress reports, and supporting organizations during interim and final audit visits.
For approved projects, we assist in reviewing and negotiating contractual requirements and managing project revisions when necessary. We also support the fulfillment of patent, prototype, and technical reporting obligations requested by TÜBİTAK, helping organizations maintain compliance while maximizing the value of available grants and incentives.
